Terms of Service

Using Arrodus means you accept these terms. We've written them plainly — the small print nobody reads is part of the problem we're trying to solve.

The service

Arrodus is a business-operations platform currently in beta, available free of charge at arrodus.com. We operate under the Arrodus name, pending formal incorporation. We may update, pause, or end the service — we'll always let you know before we do.

Your account

You're responsible for the email address you register and any activity that takes place under it. Keep your login to yourself — don't share it outside your business.

The beta programme

During beta, Arrodus is provided as-is and free of charge. Things may break, features may change, and some items on the roadmap may shift. That's what beta means, and it's why we're not charging for it yet. If something goes wrong, email info@arrodus.com and we'll fix it quickly.

Acceptable use

Please don't use Arrodus to:

• Do anything unlawful
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the platform
• Attempt to access accounts that aren't yours
• Harm, harass, or mislead others

Your data and our intellectual property

Your data is yours. You can export it and take it with you at any time. We don't claim ownership over the business records you create in Arrodus.

The Arrodus platform — its name, visual design, software, and everything we've built — belongs to us. These terms don't grant you any licence to copy, redistribute, or build on it.

No warranty

Arrodus is provided without warranty of any kind. We will fix things when they break — and we aim to do so quickly — but we can't promise the service will be error-free or always available. Beta means we're still building.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrodus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. We have no liability for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the relationship

You can stop using Arrodus at any time and ask us to delete your data — email info@arrodus.com. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why unless we're legally prevented from doing so.

Changes to these terms

We'll update these terms when we need to. If the change is significant — such as introducing pricing — we'll email you first. Continuing to use Arrodus after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We'll update this clause when Arrodus is formally incorporated and registered.
