Privacy Policy

This is how Arrodus handles your personal data. Written plainly, because we think you should actually be able to read it.

Who we are

Arrodus is a business-operations platform currently in beta, available at arrodus.com. We operate under the Arrodus name, pending formal incorporation. To reach us: info@arrodus.com.

What we collect

The only personal data we ask for is your email address — and only if you choose to leave it in our beta sign-up form.

We don't currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or session-recording software. The demo and Tweaks panel on arrodus.com run entirely in your browser — nothing you click or type there is sent to us.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to:

• Send your beta invitation
• Let you know when something significant changes about Arrodus
• Tell you — first and at the fairest rate — what the service will cost when we're no longer free

We won't send you anything unrelated to Arrodus, and we won't send more than makes sense. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you submit the form.

Who sees your data

Your email address is processed by Formspree Inc., which handles our sign-up form on our behalf. Formspree does not sell or share your data. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io.

No one else receives your email. We don't sell it, trade it, or hand it to a marketing platform.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until we close the beta programme — whichever comes first. To request deletion, email info@arrodus.com.

Your rights

If you're in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• See the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Withdraw your consent and have your data removed
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Complain to your supervisory authority — in the UK, that's the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

To exercise any of these rights, email info@arrodus.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

Arrodus.com does not set any advertising or analytics cookies. We use browser localStorage solely to remember your Tweaks panel preferences between visits. This data lives only on your device and is never sent to us. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

Changes to this policy

If we start collecting more data — for example, if we add analytics — we'll update this policy and change the date at the top. We'll email you if the change is significant. We won't retroactively change how we use any email address you've already given us.
