You’ve got it all written down. Just not in one place.
Arrodus is the last business platform you’ll ever move into. Tell it what happened in plain words and watch the magic unfold. Stock, invoices, and who owes you what all update themselves — always right, on your phone and your computer.
Free while we’re in beta. No card needed.
You’re holding the other half of the answer already.
Three pieces of paper. Many different numbers. One of them is your money.
The notebook’s £8,400 invoice is days old. Was that £ 300 ever added to the records? Guess not. The sticky note guessed £6,720 due — and happened to be right, this time. But it’s a guess, and not one piece of paper can prove which number is today’s. Sounds familiar?
Whose desk is this?
Pick the trade nearest yours, and have a go at it. Let us know if you feel this situation is similar to yours. If yes, Arrodus is your answer.
Not sure which? Skip it — choosing a trade only swaps the words in the story, never how any of it works.
Now clear it.
Goods & supply · one ordinary Tuesday’s paperThe order on the back of a receipt
An order, scrawled on the back of a receipt. The price? Whatever you remembered.
Just tell Arrodus once. The stock drops, Henderson’s balance climbs — means Arrodus is working its magic.
The count that never stays counted
Counted three times this month, crossed out twice — and still nobody trusts the figure.
Count it once. Arrodus remembers — on every screen, including the one you left back at the shop.
The chase
“Which invoice was that?” — the question that never had an answer.
Now it’s one statement: every order, every payment, in order — and Arrodus keeps watch on who’s slipping after you’ve clocked off.
The payment from somewhere
Two thousand landed in the bank. The slip won’t say who from — and in a week, neither will you.
Tell Arrodus the way you’d text a mate. It clears the oldest invoice first, and the balance is right before you look up.
The paperwork, at the desk
An invoice, half-written on the carbon pad — and the number box still blank.
What you did on your feet is already at the desk. What you do at the desk is already in your pocket.
One note left. It says 6,720, and it’s asking you a question.
The whole day, on one piece of paper
That’s the whole day, on one piece of paper that’s actually right. Except the last line.
Now try it yourself.
The same shop you just watched, now in your hands. Press a button and Arrodus does the rest — exactly as it would for real, just with pretend numbers.
Eight seconds, and the last number that wouldn’t add up just did — no spreadsheet opened, no notebook touched. Now picture Arrodus doing that with your shop, your customers, your money, every single day.

Nine tools. One mind.
Orders
Type an order the way you’d say it out loud. The stock drops and the customer’s balance climbs on their own — you never open a second thing.
Inventory
Count the shelf once. Every sale has already come off it, so the number on screen is the number that’s actually there.
Invoices
One tap turns an order into a real invoice, already sitting on that customer’s account. The carbon pad goes in a drawer for good.
Payments & Ledger
Log a payment however it lands — cash, transfer, “next week.” It clears the oldest invoice first, and you always know who’s still short.
CRM
Every customer’s orders, invoices and balance on one page. Tap a name and you know where you stand — no hunting through messages.
Help Desk
Customer questions arrive in one inbox instead of scattered across calls and texts. Nothing gets lost because you couldn’t find it.
Accounting
Your books keep themselves as you work — already in the shape your accountant wants when the year ends.
Migration
Bring your spreadsheets and notebooks over as they are. We move everything in for you — nothing left behind.
Arrodus, the assistant
The one you talk to. Tell it what happened in plain words and it makes every entry, in every tool, so you don’t have to.
Nine separate jobs, one shared set of records. Do something in one tool and the other eight already know it — so the numbers can’t drift apart, and there’s no Sunday night spent making them agree. More are on the way.
Where this is going.
TODAY
- Orders, inventory, invoices and payments, all kept in step
- Every customer’s account, and a clear view of who’s late
- Arrodus, the assistant you type to — on your phone and your computer
- A help desk and your everyday books, growing each week
COMING
- Many more apps, for the parts of the day we haven’t reached yet
- Deeper accounting, and gentler ways to bring old records across
- Tools shaped by what beta businesses tell us they’re missing
THE BIGGER IDEA
Right now you might run on five apps that don’t talk to each other, held together by a notebook. We’re building the opposite: one platform that does every back-office job, so there’s nothing left to glue together. Small enough for a one-person shop, enough for a team of a dozen — and you’ll never have to hire someone just to run it.
The TODAY column is live — you’ve just used it. COMING and THE BIGGER IDEA are honestly where we’re headed, and we’d sooner say that plainly than dress it up as already finished.
Is this you?

The deal.
While Arrodus is in beta it’s genuinely free — no card, no countdown, no quiet little upsell waiting for you on day thirty. The arrangement is a fair one: you run your business on it and tell us where it gets in your way, and we put those things right faster than software usually does. When the day comes that we charge for it, the businesses who helped us build it will pay the least, and they’ll hear it from us first.
The terms, plainly
- Free to use, all of it, while we’re in beta
- No card needed to get started
- No trial clock ticking down behind you
- You tell us what’s broken; we fix it quickly
- Beta businesses get the best price, and hear it first
The real questions.
Can I really run it from my phone?
Yes — the everyday running is built for the phone, and everything you do shows up on your computer the moment you sit down. The fiddly setup is easier on the computer, and we’ll hand you off gently.
Can I talk to Arrodus out loud?
Not yet. For now, have a chat with Arrodus like texting a friend — quick and quiet on a busy counter. We are working on Arrodus's vocal cords, and beta businesses will be the first to try it.
What happens to my data on this page?
The demo and the picker run entirely in your browser on made-up numbers. Nothing you press here is stored or sent.
What does it cost?
It's FREE during beta — no card, no trial clock. We will inform you of real pricing later as we get ready for the world, so you’re never surprised.
I have years of records in a spreadsheet.
Don't worry. The migration gets everything, but initially, it brings in customers, items, and opening balances from the spreadsheet-and-notebook world, so you don’t start from zero.
What if you shut down?
Your data is yours and exportable. You can take your customers, items, and ledger with you.
ABOUT ARRODUS
It started with a frustrated rant...
Someone we love ran a good, busy little business with her partner, the only way they knew how — on paper, in their head, and on a Sunday night that never quite ended. Mind you, they loved the work. In fact, they were fantastic at their job. But, but, but... The work was never the problem. It was the writing-it-all-down afterwards, twice, in places that never agreed. As if that was not enough, forgotten calls, postponed meetings and long-due invoices finally cooked up such a frustration in our friend that we got to listen to her rant on a fine Sunday evening.
So we built the tool they should have had. Right, no. Not an accounting software with a thousand buttons, but something you can simply talk to — that remembers what you said, keeps every number in step, and quietly hands you back your evenings. We’re a small team building Arrodus in the open, shoulder to shoulder with the shops already using it. If any of this sounds like your desk, you’re exactly who we made it for.
The cleared desk.
You’ve run a real business on a notebook, a spreadsheet, and a very good memory — and you’ve made it work, which is the hard way to be impressive. The paper was never the destination; it was just the journey from where we couldn't move on, even if we wanted to. But now, give it one place that’s always right — on the phone in your pocket and the computer on your desk, with Arrodus to do the writing down. If any of this page looks like your desk, start free and see how it goes.
